2021Four bedroom, two story farmhouse easily sleeps 8, 10 with couch or air mattress. Newly renovated master bedroom suite and en suite bath with large walk in shower and soaking tub. Memory foam, firm king mattress and Xfinity Comcast TV (Roku). One additional king and two queen rooms also have memory foam and Xfinity TV.
Kitchen has large electric 5 burner stove and double ovens, new laminate flooring in eat in kitchen with island seating and breakfast nook for expanding dining to accomnodate 8, additional formal dining room can seat additional 8 guests.
Large outdoor fireplace on patio overlooks the farm and is quiet and provides privacy.
Edison bulb outdoor lighting extends the use of outdoor space well into the evening. Wine barrels scattered around the outdoor space also allows for gatherings. Outdoor kitchen and herbs (lavender, mint (Mojito), oregano, thyme) are available.
We are in Fauquier County - 20 minutes from interstate roads that take you easily to Washington, Leesburg, Alexandria and Fairfax, or continue south to Charlottesville (2 hours) or stay local with a 10 minute ride into Warrenton and enjoy small town charm and the farmers market on Saturday mornings. The WARF (Warrenton Aquatic and Recreation Facility is also in town and has indoor fitness and pool for fun or laps and an amazing plays pace for kids and sports fields, skateboard park.
Fauquier and Warrenton are home to at least 20 wineries and 5 brewery or distillery.

If peace, quiet and escape from the city in the midst of the pandemic is what you are searching, our private patio and grounds overlooking our farm with cows is just what is ordered. Cows in the pasture are friendly and love to be fed bread and will eat it from your hands.

2021 Fall Wedding season bookings available (for small intimate- max 35-40) our event fee is less than other venues - consider us for a small intimate celebration,, mini or micro wedding and events.

Owners maintain a private apartment in the basement, locked off from rental and separate entrance Available as needed for any issues that may arise. Owners do not use rental outdoor space or pool when property is rented and do not interact unless we are needed.
